Enquiries and/or ordering of parts can be made via email. Please include your name and email address as well as your queries about parts, makes or models using the link on this page. An email will be sent as soon as possible answering your questions and/or confirming your order details. Payment can be made using Paypal, using credit card facilities via phone or by cheque using mail. Items will not
be sent until payment is cleared.
A confirmation of your order will be sent via email to ensure parts, colours, costings and any associated requests are correct before beginning manufacture of your part/s. Shipping costs will be calculated and included in this confirmation. All parts will be sent via registered mail.
All parts are made to order and whilst we endeavor to complete production and ship your part/s within two weeks of finalization of the order, we cannot guarantee this time frame. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in manufacture and/or shipping. No item will be shipped until full payment
is received.
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, you
are entitled to a refund. Refunds are also given if you are unhappy with an item, or deem the item to be not what you ordered. Please contact us within
7 days of receiving the product and promptly return the part/s to us. A refund of the item price, not including freight, will be given upon receiving the returned item.
We cannot guarantee our gelcoat colours will exactly match existing parts you may have, due
to colour fade and wear. For exact colour matching a sample of your existing part/s will need to be forwarded to us to ensure continuity. We prefer parts to be returned or sent to us using registered mail to ensure delivery and for insurance purposes.
